I certify that this contribution to Joe Gonzales for District Attorney is drawn on my personal credit card, represents my personal funds and is not drawn on an account maintained by a corporation, partnership or any other type of business entity.

State law requires Joe Gonzales for District Attorney to use its best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $500 per reporting period. Joe Gonzales for District Attorney only accepts individual contributions online.

Corporate contributions and contributions by foreign nationals are prohibited by state law and cannot be accepted.

There are no dollar limits on the amount of the contribution. Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
